WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS), PayPal, cash, and wire transfers.
ARE DRIVER TIPS INCLUDED IN THE QUOTE FOR SERVICES?
Tips are not included in the quote but are always appreciated.
WHAT IF SOME OF THE MEMBERS OF MY GROUP ARE CHILDREN?
We would be happy to accommodate children. Please let us know how many children are in your group, along with their ages. We also need to know if you are traveling with strollers, car seats, or booster seats. If needed, we can also provide car seats or booster seats.
WHAT IF MY SERVICE INCLUDES MULTIPLE STOPS OR DIFFERENT PICK-UP/DROP-OFF LOCATIONS?
It’s possible to book services that includes several pick-up/drop off, it only needs to be communicated is in advance in order to provide you the customized services you are looking for.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY IF MY FLIGHT, TRAIN, OR SHIP IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED?
One of our representatives will wait up to 2 hours with no additional fee. For every hour exceeding the 2 hour grace period, an additional 50 euros will be charged.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For cancellations, we require 24 hours’ notice in order to receive a refund for the services. We will provide a refund for the cancelled services to your original method of payment within ___ business days, minus administrative fees. Please check with your bank for any additional processing time for the refund to be credited to your account.
WHAT IF I CANCEL THE SERVICE LESS THAN 24 HOURS FROM THE SCHEDULED START TIME?
We are very sorry to inform you that for cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice, no refunds can be provided. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance of your trip in order to cover the expenses of any unexpected cancellations.
HOW MANY PIECES OF LUGGAGE CAN I BRING?
Each person may bring one large suitcase and one small suitcase, plus a handbag or small backpack. If you are carrying additional pieces of luggage, please let us know.
HOW DO I MEET MY DRIVER?
The day before your service, we will send you an email with the name and phone number of your driver. In addition, he will have your full contact information and may get in touch with you through WhatsApp (please be sure to download the WhatsApp application on your smartphone). Your driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up location and will be holding a sign with your name. If you have questions once you arrive, or if you need help finding your driver, you may call or message him directly through WhatsApp.
